We are a fun family of 7 (mom/dad/brother1/brother2/brother dog Appa and 2 guinea pigs named Harry and Klaus.

Hi! My name is Lena and I am a special education teacher living in NOVA with my german shorthaired pointer Bruno. We are in a town house but luckily have a good dog park in the complex. Bruno is high energy but knows when it is time to chill and hang out. He loves playing fetch and swimming.

I love dogs and I am particular in caring for them. My house is a free roam and sleep on bed kind of a house- but this also means I maintain good hygiene for my pup- brushing every day, brushing teeth every day and washing paws after walks. I don’t need your dog to go through the same but would want the pup to be clean and groomed for night stays. For the day time care- I would not leave your pup alone for more than an hour. I would not do dog parks but your pup would have unlimited playtime with my pup in the backyard.

Luxor is a playful, almost two-year old Italian greyhound who loves high energy, small playmates. When Luxor is not playing chase or tug-of-war with a furry friend, he can almost always be found trying to sneak a cozy nap in next to a human friend. Italian greyhounds are extremely affectionate, attention seeking beings. Their low body fat and minimal fur makes them constantly seek warm places, like a humans lap or a heated blanket, when they are not playing. I am the type of dog mom who wants the pups to have fun, get their energy out, and will intervene if they are not being safe or are getting mischievous. Pups are allowed on furniture in my home & are taken out for potty breaks regularly since the small pups have tiny bladders.

Hi I'm Helen, I live in Falls Church with my family. Nellie, our lab mix, is 1 year old. She is super sweet, playful, gentle with all humans and creatures. She likes to play but after a morning and afternoon walk is very chilled. She loves to run around our yard chasing squirrels. She's very lovable and gives amazing cuddles. She's learning not to jump. I'd love to find someone to occasionally look after Nellie if I am out all day and I would happily reciprocate as long as your dog is not violent and friendly. My kids are teenagers so has to be ok with kids, although I don't have little ones. Ideally you'd have a fenced in yard as she loves to run in and out all day. She's not a barker. She's really one of the family and used to companionship.
